The Overlook is a great place to book your next  birthday party or intimate play date.  For those that need a larger space to host discussion groups, munches and classes, the Overlook is a perfect place to invite your friends and 'family' members to.  References can be provided upon request.

Multiple play stations and comfortable social areas will help insure success for your gathering. 

The Overlook is set up to meet all of your entertaining needs in a private and secure setting. Complete kitchen facilities, separate refrigerator, smoking area and weather permitting, a built-in swimming pool for your pleasure with a deck overlooking the Carquinez Bay and surrounding Benicia hillsides.

We offer 3 different play rooms. The Toybox as pictured here, the Bondage Room, complete with bondage table and standing stocks and bondage bed or the main room with a St. Andrews Cross and walls with securing rings. (Pictures of the bondage room and St. Andy's space are coming soon) Private rental of one of the dungeons begins at $40 per hour, including use of the Overlook Toys. Rental fees for those that prefer to use their own toys is $25 per hour. You will be required to sign a release holding me harmless for any injury or accident that may occur while you are on the premises.
